Questions about a savage .22???

I really have no experience with .22 rifles. I'm looking at a Savage Mark 2. The local pawn shop here has one for 299.99 new. This may not make a difference in price but it has the threaded barrel and what looks to be a synthetic stock

1. Does this sound like a decent price?

2. What are your thoughts on the quality/accuracy of this model?

They make 2 models with threaded barrels, is it the FV-SR or the TRR-SR? If it is the FV, I have it and love it, but that price seems a bit high. I think I paid 20-30 less for mine brand new. If it is the TRR, that seems like a really good price but I don't have any experience with that one short of handling it in the store.

If you don't have a need for the threaded barrel, you could probably pick one of their base models like the Mark II F up for under 200.

I picked up an fv-sr from cherokee pawn for 269 + tax. Shot great so far. Comes with the threaded barrel and a scope rail.
