RE: Cancellation of Credit Card Sale - Please Send Check ( Order will not change)

Invoice # 3699

Amount : $579.85

Dear TWs Customer,

Regrettably we are unable to fulfill any orders that you may have placed in recent days if you used a credit card. Our credit card processing company is withholding the funds from us and refuses to release all credit card sales, because of our dramatic increase in sales, forcing us to refund the money you paid by credit card. Credit card companies are notoriously anti-gun and some of their employees in positions to cause problems to gun companies are using the current environment to cause disruptions to your 2 nd Amendment right to purchase firearms by holding up transactions due to firearms companies like TWS. Even if you received your product we still have to refund your money as the credit card company refuses to release the funds to us. If you have received your product we are forced to refund your credit card for the amount and would ask that you send a check (personal, business or certified) to replace the refund that the credit card company is forcing us transact. If you choose to return the product we will provide you with a shipping number to cover the cost of shipping.

The company that processes our credit card purchases, NPC, has informed us that they will no longer process our credit card transactions. We recently went to this company after Authorized.net (another major credit card gateway processing company) informed us that they would no longer process our credit card transactions because we sell guns. When we set up our bank accounts with Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) four years ago we were informed the day after we set up the account that they would also not process our credit card transactions. It seems the trend in the banking world is to prevent businesses like ours from selling guns by denying us access to the credit card system by systematically holding up credit card transactions by as much as 180 days. You can read horror stories about credit card companies online that try to mess with small businesses by withholding funds. In our case those same transactions they are now forcing us to refund could be easily confirmed with a simple phone call to the customer to verify the transaction in question. But the credit card companies would rather force their agenda of gun control on you and us by their unnecessary actions, misstatements and outright lies.

One of the most secure transactions that can be made online is the purchase of a firearm. The reason is that when you buy the firearm, it is sent to a dealer, who then requires the purchasing customer to provide photo identification and to fill out a federal BATFE form (4473) to pass a background check to take the firearm home.

Below is the email we received from NPC on December 26, 2012 stating that they would hold our funds for 180 days unless we refunded all sales to the customers. We noticed the hold on our funds on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 and contacted NPC. We were told by the man named in the email, Brendan Thomas, that our funds would be released in 24-48 hours. Mr. Thomas wanted us to send him copies of all invoices for gun transactions. We refused, as the serial number on the gun your purchased from us is none of anyone else’s business. When we told Mr. Thomas that we would not allow the release of any serial number to him he stated that he would not release our funds. We did reach a compromise by agreeing to send a random selection of invoices in which we would black out the serial number so as to protect this invasion of privacy into our customer’s firearms purchases. As a result of this compromise with NPC, we continued to conduct credit card transactions taking their word that they would release our funds - until we received the email below. The person we spoke with directly lied to us and misrepresented his intentions which caused us to continue taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in credit card transactions all the while knowing that they were going to withhold our funds. Now we are forced to refund all credit card transactions, even for products sent to our customers, and request a different form of payment.

The government is coming for your guns and they are doing it in a variety of ways. They are taking advantage of a horrible tragedy (the recent school shooting) to incite discord among those that have guns and those that don’t think we should have them. Don’t be fooled.

Prices have risen due to increased costs to us by our suppliers but we will honor the original purchase price you paid and delivery schedule should you decide to send a check and not cancel your order.

Thank you for your understanding and again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Respectfully,

Gregg F. Swift, J.D., IACSP

Director of Operations

As a kicker, my items have already been received! They were shipped very quickly a reason i like TWS, however, they got .screwed by processor, of course i will send them a check as requested just as soon as my card gets credited back. In meantime the scum liberal bankers hold $$ hostage. Wrong in sooo many ways.

That is so bogus. I'm sure there is a pro 2nd bank company working to alleviate this problem and take all of those evil gun companies money. ;)
