I have come into contact with several people who believe that it is Against the law to:

- Carry a handgun without a holster
- Carry a handgun below the waist ( ankle, thigh ect.)

What are the restrictions on this and if so where can you find them?

I have looked all through The Official Code of Georgia, specifically under
Title 16 - Crimes and Offenses
Chapter 11 - Offenses Against Public Order

And I cannot find anything restricting form of carry.

Is this restriction mandated under Federal Law or State law, or does it cease to exist?

If you reply with a response that proves this to be true, please provide the context of the law and it's location.

without holster-false, and i printed up the law but the holster requirement was taken out and have 2 pull over incidents where i was carrying in my pocket.
Below the waist-false, same experiences.
I believe it was taken out of the code section 16-11-129. It was taken out with the bills that past last year.
