My 1,000 yard rifle built for me by Hammonds Rifles. I had a mint Remington 78 that we started with. I wanted to stay with the original stock but everything else is new. Caliber is 6.5X284 It's a shooter.

I emailed the new RemArms this spring. They are going to be releasing a 700 in 35 Whelen this Fall/Winter!

I might pick one up, because it seems Remington only did them here and there through out the years.. They fetch a pretty penny on the resale market when not in production.
