    I think it’s so funny when people ask about round count. Are you really planning on wearing the gun out? Do you guys ask? Those that do, what is your thought process behind it? Just curious.

    Never ask, most guns on here aren’t shot enough to matter anyway. They just get sold and traded.

    Unless its an old mil-spec or uber hot round, who really cares except to use as a bargaining point. I've shot a couple of thousand in my old 7.62x39 AR and it still works just fine. Never hear any complaints from the critters about it being off.

    I only ask on magnum target rifles. On those particular guns round count matters because of barrel life. Glocks, 1911's and hunting rifles...not really an issue.

    Who actually keeps a round count on a gun? The only ones I know are the ones I bought new and have never fired, and my .45 auto American Derringer. You remember every shot out of that puppy. (One range trip, 12 rounds)

    I’m more concerned about the condition of the actions/triggers then a round count....


    Too many self proclaimed youtubesmiths on here messing with parts that have no right being messed with.
