Pappadeax's has some good stuff here in Atlanta. That's probably "fancy boy" boudin to a coon-ass

"Who makes the best boudin?" is a SURE fire way to start a fight in short oder in Cajun country. You can order it very easily and have it shipped. My personal favorite is Comeaux's.
My neighbor and his wife are both coon ass's and they visit their relatives down there twice a year. He always brings me back boudin from here: http://www.boudinlink.com/Jennings_BoudinKing.html

Boudin is great, always enjoy getting it when some friends visit family down there.
Another good similar food, similar in the original purpose atleast, is ghetta from Cincinnati, which is a classic with my in laws
