Well I hope you don't drink, smoke, eat fried foods or too much salt/sugar or are the least bit overweight cause I don't want the risk of my insurance going up for your heart disease, clogged arteries or fat a**! And don't get in the water without a floatation device, don't waterski, skydive, go hiking in the woods (could twist your ankle or fall over a cliff!). Don't do any of your own home repairs (you know how many people get injured or die from falling off a stepladder?!) Or anything else that involves any risk for that matter-Please! Oh, and DON'T GET SICK, I'm sick of helping pay for your illness! It isn't that simple. We all pay for the idiots that don't wear seatbelts. How many do you think have medical insurance or pay their bill? We all pay for 'ones choice' not to wear a seat belt and incur 100k in medical bills not paid when the belt would have let them leave with a scratch. It is a rare circumstance that NOT wearing a seat belt is better than wearing one. If our society wasn't 'must medically treat regardless to ability to pay' then we wouldn't need many laws meant to protect.
