Selling SBR Form 4 Question

So it looks like I am trading off my Mini Draco SBR. I know I could remove it from the registry and transfer it as a title I firearm, but the buyer doesn't want to deal with engraving it again, plus it is harder to return an AK to title I than it is an AR.


Anyway, here is my question.


On the Form 1 when I filled it out it asks this in 4a.

I put Cugir, Romania

Now the Form 4 asks this in 4a.

Do I just put my trust information here since my trust is the maker? Do I put both my trust information, plus the Cugir, Romania? Do I put Century since they are the importer? Do I put all three?

They seem to be pretty quick to answer questions online though.

I believe you only have to put your trust info as "the maker". Since there is a "and/or" I do not think you have to put the original manufacturer or the importer.

So either put your information only as the maker, or put both your information and/or the manufacturer info. But since you're the maker, that should suffice.

Or meaning you don't have to put everything. Your trust info identifying the maker should be sufficient
