No need to be sorry, I apologize as I was getting this information second hand and I was careful not to add or interpret. It's a problem with second hand news.

However the issues with ammo failure continue the rest will be sorted out by local law enforcement. I know the man involved. Everyone else here doesn't. He is an honorable man and I don't doubt his word.

If you don't accept me for my word then fine but those who know me know that if nothing I am a man of my word.

I know the OP and marketableranger, personally. They are honorable men. I would trust them with my life and the lives of my family. Mr. Ford, I'm not sure exactly what you're calling BS on, but I wouldn't doubt either of these gentleman's word.

I don't think they were driving during the shooting. The "victim" claimed he was forced over onto the shoulder and the "aggressor" pulled along side him where it appears from his statement they both stopped (most likely to exchange pleasantries). How the bullet holes ended up on the passenger side of the car? I still can't figure that out.

Maybe he had pulled over to the left shoulder of the highway?

exactly and by his statement he said he changed lanes to allow the aggressor who was tailgating him and driving faster over. Normally this means he would have merged right. Faster traffic stays left, slower traffic stays right.

I don't think anyone here means any disrespect but simply put the story is just not adding up as it is told. Nobody here can find any news report of it which even here in metro Atlanta this would make the news and to top it off his story/statement has some..issues as it is currently told. Really if this was a real shooting I am glad nobody was hurt. Because my personal opinion from what I have read is there was no victim in this shooting. It sounds to me like there were two aggressive individuals who couldn't put their egos in check while diving, let it boil over to the point of guns being pulled and shots being fired.

Man I'm to old for all of that road rage crap. Dude was mad I didn't let him out of the gas station a few blocks back so he did the pass and slam and slam and slam on the brakes again...
