That's actually pretty smart. It certainly keeps people from just walking in off the street for the first time and renting a suicide gun.

Couldn't tell ya the last time I tried renting a gun.. I just buy'm when I want to try them. But could've sworn I've seen this type of rule somewhere.
As for that policy goes ... I can name two that apparently should institute such a rule... Stoddards and Ga Firing Line
... but more of a action of seeking attention, or I need help.
I don't disagree. Any rule to potentially limit such occurrences would hinder legitimate new shooters that are interested in learning. It's exactly like gun control laws. Great point.Actually, there is no data supporting such rules help avoid these things. In fact, these rules have been known to just set up for a homicide plus suicide situation. It's a lot like gun control law. You can't "rule" everything away. Customers also hate it when you try.
Probably depends on the policy. Mine will, but wouldn't within the first x amount of days after purchasing the policy. Maybe the first 6 months to a year.I'm almost 100% certain life insurance policies do not pay out on suicides. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe I am.
