I traded a Glock 21 Gen III for this S&W M&P 45/Crimson Trace combo. we both got what we wanted, He wanted a Glock and I didn't. Just don't like a Glock.

I added a little color to it

You think so? I think it's totally different. To me it's not as gritty as a Glock trigger.

None of my Glock's triggers feel gritty, but it may just be because I'm used to them. The XDS trigger has a little more of a crisp break, but it is a little heavier than my Glock's triggers. Feels comparable to a Gen4 Glock trigger.

Speaking of the xds trigger, does anyone make a lighter trigger for them yet? I'd like to drop the trigger to about 3.5-4lbs if they're out yet......
