Sks scope mount recommendations

Looking for a way to mount a scope on a new Sks project I'm working on. looking for recommendations. Thanks in advance!

IMHO if you want the most secure then get a drill and tap side mount. Choate machine and tool made the best one. You can get a receiver cover mount type but you will have to file it to fit and there not the best. Unless something else is on the market the drill and tap was best option.

I have had 2 receiver covers for one I used to own. One was riveted and the rivets came loose. The other one was welded and I had no issues with it

It is a bit expensive and you will need to rivet/ screw it to the reciever. It will work well with an ak side mount and red dot
