Smoked Turkey

23 hour brine in my "top secret" brine solution, followed by a cavity filling with onions, apples, and celery, followed by 14.5 hours of slow apple wood smoke creates this.

Who wants to come carve it? This is not for Christmas. My wife told me we aren't doing a turkey this year, and I was dying to try a turkey in my smoker, so this is just because....no other reason.

That looks awesome! What kind of smoker do you have...... and how much for the "top secret" brine solution? You can "collaborate" with an ODT member can't you?
