I had a pair of the Redhead side zip snake boots for 3 seasons. The zipper broke after a year. They finally started leaking and the sole came loose after 3.
Dang comfortable boots though.

I have used Redhead and Rocky in the past and had good luck with both.

I wear Cabela's lace ups. Comfortable, waterproof, no snakes have thus far sustained tooth injuries on them.

As for best waterproof snake boots I suggest laceless rubber Muck Boots. Mine Muck's didn't leak a single drop even when this outer layer is damaged.

However, most forum experts say these boots don't work in hot weather. Your lower legs will sweat exessively.
