You can build any size aircraft you want. Trick is finding a landing strip long enough and heavy enough to allow you to get on the ground outside of your home country.

Hopefully that landing strip is somewhat close to where the infantry is going.

It says "BBC of Russia"--Russian BBC
I suspect it is a dig at Brits, meaning "our nuclear armed bomber is our propaganda tool".

Can't quite make out the writing on the front. It looks like it says "Dubna"--"Mace"
