Speeding and wreckless driving?

Curious as to what a first offender would be looking at in probate court?

My first one was jail and$400 fine
My second one was jail and $400 fine
Cant remember insurance wise

I bet they know all about the "finger".

I was told i could get wreckless driving charge for use of my finger at a cabby. Cop told me if it was anybody else besides a cab , he would have wrote it up too. I got a walk with a warning !

Get a well known attorney in the county you got the ticket in, he/she may be able to talk the solicitor into a basic rules of road violation, pay the fine , no points , no ding on insurance....if you have a good driving record.

Assert you identity as a Sovereign Citizen, inform the judge that you were not driving, but merely traveling, and then tell the court to pound sand and walk out of the courtroom head held high in triumphant victory.

Cops always tell the truth. Ignorance of the law is there excuse.

They are the most honest upstanding members of our society.

ie; James Comey and the FBI, DOJ, and let it trickle on down.
