Reports are saying that he was new to the job and this was his first arrest. The last thing he said to dispatch was "Water". If you look at the road you can see it runs directly into the river. How in the world did this happen?

PREVIOUS STORY: The Hamilton County Dive Team has pulled a patrol car out of the waters near Blythe Ferry, where the deputy was last located.

It is not confirmed whether this vehicle belonged to the missing Meigs County Deputy, Robert 'R.J.' Leonard.

Dayum! LOL. How many of their patrol cars are missing?
