Started a new project today, Yamaha 600 grizzly

don't get a china replacement carb
Nope, this is the factory carburetor on this machine and I’m going to hopefully get a kit and rebuild it. Carburetor and fuel issues is the number one cause of non-running ATVs and when you’re knee-deep in the swamp on it, do you want it to perform?

don't get a china made replacement carb

Pine Sol does wonders on cleaning a carb, cheaper and just as good as a gallon can of carb cleaner with the dunk bucket

Pine Sol cleaned this one that was in very very bad condition, soaked overnight

Surprisingly enough, the carburetor was completely dry, of course, but it was not very gummed up at all so I would try the pine sol

the guy that told me about the Pine Sol used a crock pot for cleaning
I look at goodwill for one but no luck yet
he had white stuff growing on his carb looked like corrosion on a battery and it ate it all up
that carb I cleaned above (no crock pot) had black soot build up and green stuff on the inside, looked like new the next day and I saved the Pine Sol after straining through a Handi Wipe
let us know how it works for you
run something through the jets and passages, I use a torch tip cleaner
