Steel shooting match?

Does anyone know of any steel shooting coming up? Or really any other shooting comps? Would love something in the NWGA area.

River Bend gun club does PAS shooting and other Steel comps. Check their schedule on-line. They are very NEW SHOOTER friendly...

It would be a good lil' DRIVE for you, but the Griffin Gun Club puts on one of the BEST "Steel Matches" in the Southeast--on the FIRST Saturday of each Month--and is also very "Newcomer Friendly"...Google "Griffin Steel Match" & take a look...HTH....mikey357

OK, so I have looked up both and they look like fun and have peaked my interest but the website for Griffin is a little lacking... How many COF are there? How many rounds per gun? Am I limited to two guns or could I shoot in three or four classes? also can you shoot both time slots? This would all be great info for there site.

You can shoot multiple classes at griffin gun club. There are a total of six stages. You'll need a minimum of 150 rounds.......if you don't miss. I uptake 250 and wind up with 50 - 70 rounds left usually. I'm gearing back up for first of the year. I took a few months off for hunting season. Hope to see ya out there.
