Has to be Hebrew National or Nathan’s. Smothered in my wife’s most excellent chili, the only thing she can cook that’s good, ample shredded pepper Jack or cheddar, a generous heap of cowboy candy. Yes, there are severe repercussions for eating this but so worth it.

In comparison we are eating ground up horse cock. I love this country but when it comes to food outside of Soul Food/Southern Cooking and BBQ we are eating off the bottom of the culinary barrel.

Less is more. Anything overflowing with a kaleidoscope of oozing condiments looks disgusting to me, reminiscent of those VD slides they used to show people in the military. Therefore:
- From a grill, Hebrew National with mustard and (maybe) a little pickle relish.
- From a smoker, bratwurst with mustard and (maybe) a little sauerkraut.
When my wife and I first got together one of the first things I did was expose her to as many different culinary styles as possible. There's nothing wrong with American food per se and she was a great cook but there's a whole world of dining possibilities out there to be explored so why limit yourself.
Well yeah, if we're throwing brats in the mix, those are a whole 'nother level
I've got a grinder and a stuffer and I make my own brats and sausages. I made 33lbs of all beef Fajita with Pepper Jack cheese just this past weekend.
