Chicago dog, extra sport peppers and hold the tomatoes... they're too close to ketchup.

I toured the Vienna Beef factory in Chicago years back. The cuts of meat they used for their hot dogs was surprisingly high quality.

Not a fan of ketchup myself.
I do like my mustard though. At last count I had 9 different kinds in my current collection.
My favorite right now is the Creole mustard. Much like Frank's hot sauce I put that stuff on everything.
