This is truly such a simple concept. If I am driving 165mph and passing others, and someone behind me wants to get past, I’m gonna get over as soon as I can. Common courtesy. Of course there’s a million excuses hall monitors use to justify the left lane camping, just move over and let freedom be.

A law only deters one if he/she considers or is concerned with the consequence. I drive 85+MPH in a 70MPH zone regularly, depending on location. If I get pulled over, I'll pay the fine.

I know a guy that would pass someone going slower in left lane than he thought they should be on their left through the emergency lane. Yeah he had anger issues
