You submitted a user title request and they are only supposed to be approved by me. The system is new and has bugs and right now it lets any mod deal with it, not just me. A mod that didn't know what was going on dealt with yours, and I saw it immediately and dealt with it and informed the moderator of how it's supposed to work.

It was a silly joke that had no place where it was and shouldn't have happened and won't again.
