I've lost out on a few deals because of this. I don't really mind working out the details via phone with the understanding that a confirmation PM containing all the details of the deal is a must. Some people won't even agree to that. I don't really understand.

Don't have to worry about selling or buying from me then. I must talk to them on the phone first. I can tell a lot about people by talking to them that I can't in a text or pm.

I have seen it all like most on here who have done many transactions.. I've had great communication,poor communication and people just crap right on the deal. I'm easy going and there is not one person or deal that's going to ruin my day for some nonessential transaction that means squat in the big picture of life.
