Training Before Obtaining Carry Permit?

it all starts with giving up a little freedom for safety, but 99% of all people don't realize that the acceptance of one generation will enslave the next. & beside under Common law, the only time a crime is committed is when there is bodily harm, property damage or you violate someone else's right's. that's why every court you walk into now is tribunal & or admiralty, remember they merged common law courts with tribunal back in the 20's & its up to you to establish jurisdiction! because they are for profit & expect you to pay every time.
I live in NC now, they require training to get a concealed carry. Don't really.understand though, because they allow open carry. Most of the classes are done by ex-marines(?), mine will be a retired "Gunny" , this will be fun. My daughter has already finished his course.

Who should train/certify the trainers ?
You must b familiar with all these cases & article 6 in the case of marberry vs. maddison if you cannot present the merits of each case to the judge then he will discredit your attempt to make your case plausible with these facts. remember he is not on your side till you prove to him you know your rights & the severity of his oath! & if he goes against your rights in an open court of law you can then have his own bailiff arrest him for treason. but you must talk to the bailiff & make sure he stands by his oath too. you see it's the sheriff & deputies that have power to arrest traitors not congress, they only decide the penalty.
