If you notice, you will never see a dump truck displaying a license tag.
Legislature exempted them from having to display one, because, according to them, they were always back into stuff, and knocking them off. Like they couldn't figure out how to permanently affix a metal tag to a metal dump body.
Odd how they can get the stickers saying they are not responsible for objects coming from the road to stick on.
Well that's their story and they are sticking to it.
Just coincidentally makes it virtually impossible to identify the truck/company when debris hasn't been legally covered, flies out of the truck, onto your windshield.
