As a matter of intellectual property law you could be treading on thin ice if you sell a product or service that prominently features another product made by a different company and you mentioned that brand-name in your advertising and marketing. I have learned from experience through litigation for a client that it is better to ask permission than try to beg forgiveness later.

P.S. If any of you guys decide to produce and direct a porno film where you ask the actress to shove a Coca-Cola bottle up her hoo-hah, make sure not to show the label or give the video a title that mentions the name Coca-Cola.
