Ask your doc about pot. They even have a legal pill form you get at the pharmacy. Doesn't make you see polka dot elephants unfortunately but may be worth a go.

Wish you the best. I've been on seizure medications since high school and havent been given many answers about mine all these years. There is a certain type of cannabis oil, not just cbd or delta8, that I would recommend. I've used it on a couple of occasions where my head felt sideways and had me feeling normal in a few minutes
