priceless. I guess now the would-be robber will now have to report that his legally obtained firearm that is on file on a 4473 at his LGS has been stolen so that he won't be responsible if a crime is committed with it. Whew, thank goodness for background checks and gov't paperwork.
That was cool but I would have just let him go at the point of taking the weapon. Once chased a thief down a business district alley way in Mexico until he ran into 5-10 or so of his buddies! Man I was fast back then. ha
Ya'll have it wrong. That was an ODT transaction, the guy with the shotgun was showing the buyer the shotgun up close. The buyer grabbed it saying "let me see it" and for some reason the seller then started to run. Buyer was chasing him down as he wanted the gun and needed to pay him. Feedback has been left.
Funny continuation to the story.........the perp came back around a few minutes later and offered to exchange the phone he got off the guy if he gave back the shotgun. The guy said no and smashed out the back window of the car with the shotgun. Of course there has been no arrest at this time.
The victim is really lucky that the gun didn't discharge as he snatched it from the perp. It crossed his body during the snatch. Not good. He got really lucky
