Walther Hammerli Tac R1 scope recommendation

Help odt need a recommendation for a mid price scope for my new walther hammerli tac 1. Looking for a mid to low price scope. Brand doesn't really matter just something to play with something in the 2 to 8 power maybe a tactical look would be nice.....my eyes are getting older and need a little help.......Many thanks

Sig makes a Sierra BDX 2-8 that’s pretty nice. I have the tango 4 4–16. Pretty impressive scope for under $500.

I believe Burris makes a 2-7 scout scope for about $300.
