I hope the family of that elderly woman sues those three, plus maybe the nursing home. I know from a close relative working at one that rules are not followed, inspections are forged, and the care is not what at all you'd think. But there I go on a soapbox. As a society we don't value or respect the elderly anymore. They've outlived their usefulness. Instead of keeping our aging parents & grandparents at home we sell all their stuff, keep the money, and shuffle them off to a nursing home because it's too inconvenient to care for them ourselves. Some people do need real medical care for sure, but not all of them. We just don't want to deal with it.
