I reapplied for a new weapons license on January 16th. I just realized it hasn't arrived yet. I plan on calling tomorrow to find out what the hold up is. Has anyone else had this wait time? I was told by the courthouse it would be 4 weeks.

Just reapplied for mine last week in Paulding County. I was told 2 weeks or less.

Last time with the old licenses I received mine in 3 days. lol
Just got mine from Cherokee county, about 3 weeks.
Mine expires in Sept. Should I start the renewal process now
Your in Paulding, you should be fine. I just renewed and had it in the mail in about 10 days.
You can apply 90 days prior to the expiration date.
