Yep. Its been a few months since I scrolled through the classifieds because it's tiring to see an ad you have interest in only to find out it's $100 more than a new one. Also, the for sale section has been really stagnant: ARs, glocks, low tier hunting rifles and shotguns.
My unpopular opinion: Due to the growing understanding of mental heath gun buyers should under go a mental competency screening (maybe annually?). First responders and anyone else who work in a field known for giving PTSD should be every 3 months. HOWEVER, given that the .gov is the .gov, I can't advocate this idea.
