What is the "Biggest-Baddest" HAND GUN out there? ((LOOKS LIKE THE 500 IS THE MOST))

In my opinion the .44 mag is still the king. It may not be the most powerful, but offers an incredible amount of versatility, and is about as much recoil as the average man can consistently shoot with reasonable accuracy. Accuracy and controllability have to factor into the equation.
600 nitro express is too much. My vote goes to the 500 s&w
My little Savage Striker 308 might not be the baddest...But it is fun.

I shot the S&W 500 a few weeks ago, it was awesome!
At one time it was the baddest though.
I shot that 500 today.

Love both my Desert Eagle .50AE in the chrome, also have a Taurus Raging Bull 454 Casull with 300 grain loads that will knock you backward!
For a rifle, my Armalite AR50A1 BMG rifle is the biggest! Unless you want a 20mm rifle....
