You gonna try that argument against the ATF? And in my compairison its not, "the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed", "you have the right to travel unobstructed", By paying them to drive a car it is apples to oranges to paying them to own a suppressor. Do you truly want anyone to be able to buy a MG? Because you cant have your cake and eat it to.
