Looks like a black and yellow garden spider. Had 2 or 3 of them pop up around my property this year. Had thought they were banana spiders. Found out while looking for info on them that they were actually simply called black and yellow garden spiders. If it is, it's non venomous and not aggressive according to what I read. Only live for about a month after giving birth so they don't stick around long either.

Joro, not a garden spider. Color pattern is slightly different.
