I think so too. I have a 13lb and 19lb brisket. I think I’ll try it on the smaller one and add some black pepper to it.

We have been doing left over pork butt on the flat top and making tacos with the MC fajitas rub…always a hit…Also, the fajitas rub is my new favorite for wings and thighs
