I think so too. I have a 13lb and 19lb brisket. I think I’ll try it on the smaller one and add some black pepper to it.Still want to try it on beef?
We have been doing left over pork butt on the flat top and making tacos with the MC fajitas rub…always a hit…Also, the fajitas rub is my new favorite for wings and thighsWell came out pretty good. Very good flavor but a little salty for me.
