Smoked peppers and onions with sausage. We tried it over pasta with parmesan.
Gonna have to give that one a try Brother.
Going to do a Corned Beef tomorrow and a couple of baloney's since I'll already have the smoker going.
Was going to do it this Sunday but we all know how that went.
