Just some applewood/peach smoked chops.
I smoked these last night but ate them today,does that count?
2-Butterball 14 pounders with my own rub and filled the cavities up with apples to keep them moist. Rubbed them down with salted butter then put on the rub. Used Hickory and apple wood mixed
Came out perfect, moist inside & crispy skin
