Grabbed a pack of baby backs out of the freezer. I used some Korean marinade with soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, and garlic. I sprinkled on some Kimchi seasoning I have in the cupboard. Got them on the smoker at 250. When I'm about 3 hours in I'm going to start basting with a spicy Korean bbq sauce I bought at Aldi. The sauce is spicy and has great flavor. I have high hopes for these ribs.

Bulgogi marinades are good for tough cuts of beef, softens them up with enough time.
