bought this from a co worker who lives in a subdivision
HOA ordered him to clean up his yard so i got it for a good deal

Fairway Villager 96 model i believe made by club car

has 6 new batteries but they sat dead for awhile-hoping
i can revive them

key is missing
tires are ok-except 1 bald one

bed could use a little paint(light surface rust in some areas)
top is warped from sitting in the sun(fixable)
seats are good-but staind
could use a paint job

had to bypass the chargers' relay to get it to charge(low batteries)

anyways the cart is in good shape mostly...but it was neglected
for a bit

let me know what you think it is worth

thanks

Just rattle can it and get some tires. You can put as much or as little as you want into it. You can switch out the 6-6volt batteries for 3-12volt and buggies unlimited has a kit to make it easy.
this cart is supposed to be a 48volt
but they have it with 3-6volt bats &3-8volt batteries alternating
part of me would like to fix it up...but i dont
really have much space for it.

Good luck. If they mixed to voltage I would wonder what damage was done to the motor and controller.

hopefully none. the motor still works.

instead of 48V its getting 42V so maybe it is
still good.

You can use a meter and see what thr charger is putting out. Maybe that'll guve you some answers. I really think it was a 36v that had either some bad batteries and they used 8v or that they stuck a few 8Vs in it to get a little more power.

So it seems they came with 6 8v batteries. So now I'm betting the original owner needed some and just stuck 6v in it. I doubt anything is hurt, and I would check out some buggie forums for advice. Biggiesgonewild.com is a great place.

i just took out 1 of the 6v's and put in a car battery
drove it around out in the rain. the brakes are draggin
and i have a loose connection on 1 of the batteries.

not sure if running it on 42V did any real damage
but probably wasnt a good idea

the cart is stuttering but im attributing that
to the low charge/loose connection.

maybe i will continue to fool with it later.

so its a fixer upper that needs some love.
