I was wondering the same thing. Probably higher-for-miles idle hours but can't imagine it's too crazy

I'd be more worried about the idle hours if it was a diesel, I wouldn't be overly concerned on a gasser.

I didn't catch the mileage, with that low of a mileage, there's not much I'd be worried about other than belts/hoses/seals and fluids and is the fuel tank metal or plastic.

It belongs to a small fire station in North Carolina. Friend of a friend type deal, I asked if they'd be willing to sell it. Seems like it belongs on bring a trailer. Been stored in the fire station it's whole life

That depends on what they used it for and how it was setup. If it was the light truck, it would run at high idle for the duration of an event.
