I don't think anybody on here hasn't heard of Dobbs Defense. The way I understand it is he is to big time to fool with us ODT pheasants. ( I know I spelled it wrong just did it to be funny )

Nice I just ordered a forward assist that looks like that one, might be the same one. I am to lazy to look now. I like the contrast.

Mine came from north tech defense. I think there are cheaper ones out there that I didn’t find until afterwards.

Now I am one of those people that believes you never get out the same money you put it. You always take a hit. There are some people that do not believe in this train of thought. Can you imagine them trying to sell a lower like the one I am building. Here goes the add, ( ATX Billet 40 lower, decked out with titanium parts, JP adjustable trigger and magpul stock. For sale only 800 dollars FIRM! ). Now it would be set up a little different obviously but can you imaging the flack one would catch for that. You can buy two AR15's for that. I imagine that would be every post on the Add Thread. LOL

Yea but they have no problem asking 1200 for a Glock cause of all the parts and stipple job

Now that's not nice. I will spend at least 60 dollars on a scope. LOL

I will either go Nikon or Vortex with the scope. Probably Vortex since Nikon offers no M-Series scope for a 6.8. The last bi-pod I bought was almost 400 bucks.

I really don't do any long range shooting or hunting so I don't feel the need for a Night Force Or Shmidt&Bender but I won't go with absolute junk. Vortex in the 700 dollar range should foot the bill for my needs. I just shoot target at River Bend Gun Club and use a bag. So I really don't see the need in investing 400 in a bi-pod. I probably need to replace the one I let go with a gun I sold but I am in no rush to do that. I refuse to by a Harris or UTG.

I don't spend money on parts to crap out on the rest of the build. When I go I go all the way or I don't go. I have one gun with questionable scope I mean it's a Bushnell but it's not a combat scope. I really hardly ever shoot the gun because the good target ammo is 30 bucks a box so it sits in the safe but it gets the job done when I do shoot it.
