Outside-waistband belt holster 80% of the time (sometimes it's concealed, sometimes not).
Inside-waistband holster 10% of the time. This is usually a cheap nylon clip-on holster, but I sometimes use a hybrid (leather and kydex) tuckable.
Pocket carry with a cheap Uncle Mike's pocket holster 5% of the time.
Pocket carry with no sort of holster 5% of the time.
The above applies to both my J-frame .38 revolver and my 9mm compact auto that is the same size and shape as a Glock 26.
If I am carrying a NAA mini-revolver or a Kel-Tec pocket pistol, they're in my pocket 95% of the time, although sometimes I do use a holster or at least muzzle cover to keep them from wearing holes in my pocket lining.
