Scratch that. I probably don't want to know. 
Just start with one and before you know it you will have all of them.
Shadow 2 gets my vote.
Did you see the SHOT Show thread with the new bull-barrel CZs? There a lot of very cool ways to give CZ your money these days.
That all being said, if you just want to try out a CZ to play with, one of the original 75 variants or the P-01 will be your lowest-cost way to see if you like them.
