Who do you recommend to cut a barrel/engrave a lower?

Good Evening ODT,

Today I decided to EFORM1 my FN-15. Submitted today at 4:00pm. Prints were in the mail by 5:30am and will arrive at NFA office in WV on Saturday. Hoping to get it approved quick!

While I wait for my stamp to get approved I have two questions.

-Who does ODT recommend to do barrel cuts/rethread? I am taking 5.5 inches off my 16 inch barrel. I used to take my guns to Taylor Pickerel and would still do it. The guy works on machine guns all the time and is very well known at doing great work at a great price. I just want to get something done quick.

-Does anyone know where I can take my lower to get it engraved? Cost would be helpful as well!
