I disagree about the receiver need. The Falcons need a WR that can stretch the field. Though I agree that they also need another running back. They could easily get both in this draft though.

I would be shocked if they did not have a season. It may start a couple of weeks late though.
Aggressive trade to get Julio Jones.
Great player, but they gave up a lot to get him, and it's not an area of need, IMO. I would have preferred they went after one of the better cover corners in the draft, maybe Prince Amukamara.

Very aggressive, though given who the Falcons had to chose from at 27 I'm glad they moved somewhere. I just hate that they gave up so many picks.
They have the season set up to where they can just move back the week one and two games to the end of the year.
Hated to see them give up so much for the bama beast, liked to see a dawg go to em, and the scrawny little scatback might just well be what they needed from norwood....
too bad norwood was only healthy for about 3 quarters a year.
The beauty of Quizz is that he rarely gets injured. Easily my favorite person the Falcons drafted.
