Why buy a Stacatto??

I am in this same boat, I choose to go the budget route and get a Tisas Night Stalker Ds. It actually cost a tad more than a New Glock at a store not ODT...lmao
Is was on sale, $599
Factory Threaded barrel (plus for a host)
Rmsc optic cut. (Prefer a Rmr cut but a sacrifice had to be made)
5" barrel.

My first trip to the range this morning. Boy did I really mess up when mounting the optic! The long screw mistake bound the extractor to where it would not feed by itself!
shooting a hand feed round at a time I still have Great groups and it felt great.

All in under 800 with optic and it will gonna be a fun range toy. My edc is a 43x

My tisas nightstalker has been freaking great. I enjoy the heck out of shooting it. Never had a hiccup out of it. Ran great out of the box and broke in super smooth. Runs all grain weights. Checkmate or prodigy mags work fine

I bought it as a toy because I wanted a suppressed 1911 and the only requirement was that it was not a kimber. Very happy with it but I am sure a staccato is better in many ways and the stacato looks cooler but dang this is fine for me.

After fixing my mistake mounting the optic mine has run flawless. I did have to tune my suppressor as it was way off of zero to the right. Now they hit the same.

I have been back and forth for a few weeks on pulling the trigger (so to speak) on a new Stacatto. I have read a ton of reviews and done a deep dive on the pistols themselves, but I'd like some opinions from people that own them rather than people that represent them. I've owned many different 1911's but never a "2011". This would NOT be a safe queen for me, I make it a point to use what I buy (which is why I don't own a lot of Nighthawk Customs or Wilson Combat pistols...it would be difficult for me to put daily use wear on a firearm like that), I will most likely use this as an EDC. If it were just a 1k weapon I wouldn't give it a second thought, but spending 3k+ and hating is not the outcome I am looking for. I see Stacatto's on the ODT off and on all of the time, it give me pause as to why. What are your thoughts cons/pros on purchasing

Honestly I'm a big fan of staccato and I currently own a Staccato C2 and they are great platforms. But if I was you I would recommend going with either a fusion firearms xp pro, or a stealth arms platypus. They are great guns for the price and it won't break the bank. Both firearms are under 2000. The best option would be the fusion firearms xp pro because they are 1000 dollars and it's absolutely worth the money.

I ended up going with a Jacob Grey TWC9 and added a Steiner MPS. Haven't had the opportunity to shoot it yet but I LOVE the way the pistol feels, trigger is crisp and the slide is very smooth. Hope it shoots as well as it feels!

That is one great firearm. All steel and I bet its smooth like butter.

Hey have your got around to shooting your Jacob Grey yet? How do you like it? I’m looking at the twc black version for 2600, just wondering if it worth it? Or should I go with another bul armory or staccato?

LOL, I have NOT! I purchased it, put a new optic on it....and that's where it stops. I haven't had a chance to go to the range yet but I am hoping to this week. I will let you know how everything works out!

if it is a matter of $, then dont buy one. like many others have said before. if you and i both leavs point A, im in my baby mamas mamas stepdads altima and you are in your ford raptor or ram trx. you may beat me there by a few minutes but i'll get there shortly after. i may be smellin like black and milds and freshly burned endo but i'll arrive and roll out with a smile
