STOP pming me and asking me to text or call you, if you are interested in what I have. We take care of business here, then when meet and time is agreed to we exchange numbers.

I prefer to have a conversation with whomever, them being buyer or seller. To me its more personal and civilized, much easier to ask or answer questions and build a rapport. It's simple enough during the conversation for the seller to ask for the buyer to put an I'll take it on the listing.
