I remember someone posting something about non-standard, novelty ammo. If you actually get into a self defense situation where you shoot the bad guy, and he lives and sues, then it comes up in civil court why you were using a non-standard type of ammo, was your intent to cause more harm than necessary to stop the threat? Therefore, the court might very well find you guilty of trying to maim or murder the bad guy and not just defend yourself.

another BEST BULLET, or so the claim.
to me the number one thing is 120% reliability in the pistol that its going to be used in, number two is projectile placement, number 3 is to use a modern self defense projectile.
after that every thing else varies from shooting, gel test from one test to another.
use what you think works for you.
